In this international event, SAPHYRION has presented its preliminary ideas to provide the GNSS Water Vapour Sensing community with a low-cost dual frequency receiver enabling improved modelling of water vapour densification as a warning sign before heavy rain events. The feedback from participants has been exploited in the subsequent EUROSTAR “Edwige” project.
